Abusive behavior, including attempts to overload our servers or bypass rate limits, may result in service termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TechNix is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or security breaches resulting from use of our services.
While we process files client-side for privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of your device or browser.
You are solely responsible for backing up your files before processing them with TechNix.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TechNix, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from use of the Service.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to TechNix. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.
Intellectual Property
TechNix and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the TechNix team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
User-Generated Content
Files you process using TechNix remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. Since files are processed client-side, they are never transmitted to our servers (except in rare cases where server-side processing is explicitly indicated).
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TechNix immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
